Cancellation Policy
We do require a card on file to book an appointment with us.
• If you must cancel/reschedule please we require a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment
• A 35% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file for any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
• No call no shows resort in a 100% service fee.
• We understand unexpected issues may occur please call us if you are running late.
• All clients 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and will be charged a 35% cancellation fee.
